Design and finishing

The apartments are offered to customers at a high quality, finished "white" version.

The walls, ceiling and floor are ready for decoration and decking, the installed systems require no adjustments or modifications:

• Ceiling height: 3 m
• The walls of the rooms and the bathrooms: plastered and grouted perfectly with dry mix, ready for the installation of wallpapers.
• The floor of rooms and halls: made in several levels, including sound-insulating material, ready for laying laminate.
• The Floor of the bathroom and kitchen: heating system of the apartment connected, underfloor heating is ready. It is made waterproofing.
• Terraces and balconies: finished - 100%, waterproof floor covered with special coating, covered with natural stone. It is designed rainwater drain system, balustrades are made of iron railing.
• Carpentry: German brand windows ALLUPLAST IDEAL 8000, 6 rooms, 3 lines Glass, Four-Seasons and Low-E Combined. Due to these window profiles, we put emphasis on reducing thermal and acoustic parameters. Front door is resistant and antiburglary, it is made with a special design: outside is brown and inside is white.
• Individual heating system with condensation (most efficient heating system) - German brand BUDERUS 24 kW, radiators are Kermit German brand with built thermo regulator. Nox evacuation is made by separate system common to all boilers, avoiding exit of exhaust pipes outward facade.
• Conditioning system: it is designed the space and the channel required to drain conditioning system autonomously.
• Electricity and lighting system: at the European standards, with installed distribution panel.
• Fire protection system: each room is fitted with detectors of smoke, gas system equipped with sensors and valves.
• Gasification System: gas pipe for stove and boiler.
• Ventilation system: the pipes are made out of stainless steel, fitted in the bathroom and kitchen. Additionally, a separate channel is also provided for forced ventilation required during installation of the kitchen hood.
• Modern system of communications:   optical fiber within residential blocks, with connection to the apartment, sockets with connection to telephone + internet + TV.
• Water and sewage system:  all pipes and connections are mounted to cold and hot water system, as well as sewage. It is designed one point of connection in each bathroom. All pipes are German brand REHAU. Sewer pipe in the bathroom is noise absorption.
• Meters: all meters are installed - gas meter, water meter and electricity meter.

Each apartment has been designed in details:  the day area for guests and night area for bedrooms. The architect has designed the spacious apartments with high ceilings, large windows and several bathrooms. Perfect for families, couples, singles, businessmen, diplomats, foreigners who come to Moldova in official and non-official missions.
